Arduino band decoder connections

• switch JP1 jumper to programable arduino
  
• connect USB/UART interface for programing arduino mini board to SV1
  
• upload the arduino code
• switch JP1 jumper to DB9 CAT
  
• power on JP2
  
• connect TRX (between male connectors)
  
  If connect TRX CAT with PC logbook, do not connect TX wire from decoder (pin 3↔3). Decored will worked in sniff mode.
